here lately.

Is it just me or does anyone else have almost 2,000 photos on their iphone?  Hmmm...  perhaps this little mama takes one too many photos!?  I was just looking through all of the pics I've taken as of late and realized there are a ton of precious ones of Jackson and life in general that I just haven't shared.  So, on this fine Thursday, I thought I'd get the world wide web caught up on our random ongoings and overdose you on all things Jackson.  ;)  Ha!

Let's start off with this comparison (January 2012 vs. January 2013).
Holy chunky, precious baby love.  How quickly they grow.  

As usual, Jackson spends a good amount of time every single day loving on his girls.  
Or smacking them on the head, or chasing them....or saying "Hanna, HUSH"!  

We may or may not have run out of gas for the first time in our lives.  All of 20 yards from a gas station and less than a mile from our home.  Truth.

J had "PJ Day" and "Favorite Sports Team Day" at school.  I know he'll be super excited one day for fun days like this, but for now.... it's just me.  And I'm probably excited enough for the both of us! ;)

Today was "favorite sports team" day.  :)  Go, Red Raiders!!!

 His thoughts on having to bundle up a few weeks ago to go outside and play.

I'd feel a lot better if all of you would leave a comment saying that your home is equally disheveled on a daily basis.... or it was when you had a toddler in tow.  
Someone?  Anyone?

Mr. Personality.  He'll be the class clown, I'm certain of it.

One of my bff's, Lacey, came to Houston to celebrate my 30th birthday and hers that was in November!  We stayed one night in The Woodlands at a boutique hotel in Town Center {and as luck would have it, we were both wide awake by 7:30 on the one morning we could totally sleep in and pretend we were still 21.  Not okay!?!?}.  We had SUCH A FUN weekend and laughed until we cried one afternoon after a debacle at the nail salon.  I'll share that story soon. 

Oh, and there's this.  Jackson LOVES to climb.  He literally tries to climb the walls.  Sometimes I feel like I spend half of the time pulling him down off of something or trying to say "no" without saying "no" all damn dang day.  My dad tells me that I was the exact same way and was found on top of the refrigerator before the age of 2 (they just walked to another room for a minute).  

 Prepare yourself for this next one.   GIVES ME A HEART ATTACK!, but apparently not so much so that I don't think to stop and grab my phone to take a photo!

This little love bug got a new bed.   She is a big fan of it and is actually sound asleep in it right now, snoring like a freight train right next to me.

 If you need us, we can usually be found at the park.  We practically live here.  And I love it.... so nice to be outside!!

 This is J and his sweet friend, Elise.  Elise and her mama are coming over tomorrow for a PJs and Donuts breakfast at our house.    :)  We're total nerds, I know.... this is not a new revelation.

After looking at all of these, it's obvious that I need to do a better job of getting more photos of me and Cason!  Ooppss!
